대출계약철회권이란?

여신거래기본약관 제3조의 2에 따라, 대출금이 수령된 날로부터 14일 이내에 철회의 의사표시 후 대출계약을 철회할 수 있는 제도를 말합니다. 중도상환수수료는 면제되며, 신용정보집중기관 및 신용정보회사에 등록된 대출기록은 삭제됩니다.

신청대상

개인 대출고객
단, 대출금액 4천만원 초과 신용대출 또는 2억원 초과 담보대출, 외부기관 위탁대출 및 기타 협약대출은 제외

행사요건

  • 원리금 상환 및 부대비용 반환
