제도 안내

손해보험사는 보험사기로 보험료가 할증된 선의의 계약자를 대상으로 이미 납입한 보험료에 차이가 발생하는 경우 그 차액 보험료를 환급해 드리는 제도를 마련하여 운영하고 있습니다.

환급 절차

  • 보험사가 보험사기임을 인지해 환급보험료가 발생한 경우 계약자에게 환급보험료 발생 사실을 알리고 보험료를 돌려드립니다.
  • 계약자가 법원의 확정판결문 등을 입수해 보험회사에 통보한 경우 사실 관계 확인을 통해 환급보험료 발생 시 보험료를 돌려드립니다.
