민원처리 프로세스

  • 접수하신 민원사항에 대해서는 2시간 이내 초기응대하고, 사안에 따라 신속하게 처리하겠습니다.
    단, 민원서류의 보완이나 보정에 소요되는 기간과 검사, 조사 및 외부기관 질의 등에 소요되는 기간 등을 감안하여 답변이 조금 늦어질 수도 있습니다.
